FOODSAFE News is a quarterly electronic newsletter distributed electronically via email, and on this site, by the BC FOODSAFE Secretariat. It is written for FOODSAFE instructors, food service managers, environmental health officers, and others interested in food safety and the FOODSAFE program. The newsletter typically includes short articles, news and notices. The BC FOODSAFE Secretariat welcomes suggestions and submissions for the newsletter.
